Интересно, кроме меня в детстве кто-то ещё думал, что если идти на север то это непременно вверх в горку, а если идти на юг то идёшь уже вниз?

Вспомнил об этом сегодня, когда ехал по скоростному шоссе в южную сторону - ехал как ни странно под уклоном вниз.
